kamustasas! thanks..
i wrote this essay for a contest somebody referred me to, and barely sent it in time for the due date via email. unfortunately, something went wrong somewhere, and apparently it didn’t get sent after all.
what the hell, i posted it online anyway… haha..

sayaang! ganda pa naman
anyway, may mga parating pa na contests. magsubmit ka kaya for the palanca rin?

elo! i almost did submit to palanca. i had three separate pieces i almost sent in. i even had the entry form properly filled up and notarized and everything. pero i read the terms and conditions right before sending the pieces in and eventually decided not to. i couldn’t bring myself to agree to some of their conditions kasi.
anyway, i’m still sending in other short works to journals every which way, and now i’m obsessing about longer works. shudder – wouldn’t it be great if literary agents existed in this country?
